Alina Bondor
Alina, a proud Valley Forge graduate, is one of the second violins. She started playing at 9 years old, two years after she started on piano. Growing up, she knew she loved school and chose to pursue a teaching degree. Alina graduated from Wittenberg University with a bachelors degree in middle childhood education and a music minor in 2017. Since then, she has been working as a teacher. Now, she teaches math to grades 5-8 at a constellation school in Cleveland. She also gives private music lessons from home after school hours.
Outside of teaching, she enjoys playing golf, yoga, and is training to complete her first half marathon this year! She's turning 30 and determined this was a fun and different way to celebrate that milestone. She also enjoys traveling and has grown fond of Disney cruises. Alina lives in Avon now with her new husband and their 5 month old kitten, Sox. She loves playing with Parma Symphony and is grateful for the comradery that's developed since she joined in 2018.
